The goal is simple: to make your experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free — from the moment you place an order to the time it arrives at your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know.
1. Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that are handled the next working day. Public holidays are excluded.
Standard Delivery (India)
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These charges will appear clearly in your order summary before you complete the payment.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking link is sent to you via email or WhatsApp so you can keep an eye on its journey in real-time.
4. Delivery Details & Issues
Address Changes
Need to edit your address? Just reach out before dispatch and it can be updated easily.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
P.O. Box deliveries are handled via postal service only
Military addresses are supported via standard post
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is unavailable, available items will be shipped first. You’ll be contacted with options — including a refund, waitlist, or store credit for the remaining item.
Delivery Delays
If your delivery is running late, feel free to reach out. Coordination with the courier service will be handled from our end.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Change of Mind
Returns are accepted if:
A request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once approved, a store credit will be issued. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
5.2 Warranty-Based Returns
Products with valid issues can be returned within 90 days of delivery.
Initial return shipping must be covered by the customer
If the claim is approved, return shipping is reimbursed
Resolution options include:
A refund
A store credit
A replacement (if in stock)
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. If your parcel is already on its way, refer to the returns process outlined above.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
Refuse delivery if possible and contact support immediately
If already accepted, share photos and a short description with the support team — a quick resolution will be arranged
8. Shipping Insurance
Every order is insured for loss or damage up to the courier’s coverage limit.
If Damaged in Transit
Once confirmed by the courier, a refund or replacement will be issued.
If Lost in Transit
After the courier completes its investigation and confirms the loss, a refund or replacement will be arranged promptly.
9. Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax
All prices shown include applicable taxes. No surprises at checkout.
10. Packaging & Sustainability 🌱 (New)
Orders are thoughtfully packed to balance presentation, safety, and sustainability. Eco-conscious materials are used wherever possible to reduce waste without compromising on quality.
11. Preorders & Backorders (New)
Some high-demand items may be available for preorder or may be temporarily out of stock and placed on backorder. If you purchase one of these:
You’ll be informed of the expected delivery timeline
You may cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund
12. Delivery Preferences & Instructions (New)
If you have specific delivery instructions (like “leave at the gate” or “do not ring the bell”), add them during checkout. These notes will be passed on to the delivery partner where possible.
